1 large onion diced

8 oz Turkey Kielbasa diced

Here is how you make Family Sized Corn Chowder:

In a large soup pot, saute onion and celery in the olive oil until just tender. Add the water, potato, corn and parsley. Bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer and cover for about 10 minutes or until potato is just tender. Add the milk, FF half and half, parsley and kielbasa.
