(some people like to put the husks back around the corn and tie it or wrap it in foil, I like the corn a little charred so I leave it off) Mix olive oil, lime juice, salt and chili powder together and brush on ears of corn.Put on hot grill, turning often, for about 20 - 30 minutes (30 if husks are left on). and then enjoy! Lot's of different spices can be added to the olive oil to change this up. You can also add parmesan cheese if desired. This is a very flexible recipe.
