Here is how you make Chic and dumplings:

Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Take and coat in the cup of flour and pepper set aside any left over flour. Brown chicken in dutch oven with vegetable oil. Pour water in to dutch over cover and reduce heat. Simmer for at least 30 minutes and and left over flour mixture and scrape and chicken bits in the bottom of the dutch and peas and carrots and simmer for ten more minutes.
