Here is how you make Easy Fishcakes:

MAKES 4 FISHCAKES, 1 SERVING=2 FISHCAKES-Peel and cube the sweet potatoes and place in a pan of boiling water until cooked.-Mash the potato along with seasoning as preferred and the margarine.Leave to cool.-Drain the tuna and place in a bowl.-Add the potato mash to the tuna and mix together untill combined. -Add the egg to the potato and tuna mix. The egg helps to bind the mixture.-When well mixed, form 4 balls from the mixture using your hands. Flatten slightly to achieve the desired shape.-Roll the fishcakes in the breadcrumbs.-To cook, heat the olive oil in a pan.
