10 Low-Fat/Low-Carb Tortillas, 7 inch
16 oz. Cabot 75% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
10 Tbsp. Breakstone's Fat-Free Sour Cream
1 1/4 cup Pace Chunky Salsa


How Do I Make Low-Fat Burritos?

Here is how you make Low-Fat Burritos:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Saute onions in olive oil until tender. Add ground turkey and garlic and cook until done. Add chili powder, cumin, cayene pepper, salt and pepper. Stir in the diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the refried beans and mix until blended completely with the turkey. Place 4 oz. of turkey/bean mixture into each 7 inch tortilla. Sprinkle mixture with 1/8 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Fold tortillas and place into a large glass baking dish with seam-side down.
