Recipe?The ingredients for Dinner-Time Frittata! are: 5-6 large eggs1/4 cup milk (1% or 2%) 1 Aidells Chicken Sausage (I used the ROASTED GARLIC & GRUYERE CHEESE) flavor -cut into semi-circles 1/2 cup -3/4 Fresh Green Beans 1/2 cup Fresh Yellow Bell Pepper (Diced) 1/2 cup Fresh White Mushrooms Sliced Thin 2 Tbs of Unslated Butter 4-5 oz. Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (Kraft is good) Fresh Black Pepper and Sea Salt How Do I Make Dinner-Time Frittata!?Here is how you make Dinner-Time Frittata!: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a med. bowl whisk together eggs & milk - put aside for later (do not over scramble).In a large pan melt 1 Tbs. of butter and add the Chicken Sausage slices (saute).Add the green beans, bell peppers and mushroom (saute). The veggies and sausage should cook for about 5-6 mins. All liquid should be gone from mushrooms, green beans should remain firm.In a Deep Dish Pie Pan (Glass), melt the other Tbs. of Butter (1 min in the oven at 350 should do it!)Add the saut?d veggies & sausage from pan - to the bowl of scrambled eggs - Mix in shredded cheese, pepper and salt to taste. Transfer this mixture to the Pie Pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min (or until no longer runny)... Don't over-bake. Increase oven to 400 - Broil setting and brown the top for 2 mins. Watch it carefully.I served this with french bread and zesty ranch beans on the side.
