Here is how you make Stovetop Goulash:

Brown ground beef. Drain (if necessary). Add all other ingredients except the corn starch, .5 cups cold water, and noodles. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add corn starch to cold water and stir to dissolve. Add it to the goulash. Heat for approximately 2 minutes or until as thick as desired.
