Brown ground beef, onion, peppers, salt and chilli powder in 3 qt pan, add tomatoes, and black beans. Water can be added if too thick.Bring to boil and then simmer for 60 minutes. Serves 12, hearty servings, about 1 1/2 cups each.This is HOT.
