1 cup or 1 8oz can of Del Monte Blue Lake Cut Green Beans
1 1/2 cup or 1 14.5oz can of Muir Glen Organic-No Salt Added Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (or similar)
8 oz of Jennie-O -Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1/2 cup of any lowfat cottage cheese that is 90 calories for a 1/2 cup
1/3 cup of Crystal Farms Finely Shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Black Pepper (optional) to taste
Garlic salt (optional) to taste
Any other spices such as oregano to taste


How Do I Make Fake Lasagna?

Here is how you make Fake Lasagna:

Brown the ground turkey. Drain the tomatoes and green beans. You can rinse the green beans to wash off a little more salt. Add to ground turkey. Heat to simmer in the tomato juices for a little adding any spices you wish. Drain the excess tomato juices and add the cottage cheese. The tomato and the cottage cheese add alot of juice, which is okay if you want to let it simmer for awhile, otherwise if you need it done faster go ahead and drain excess liquid a couple times. When everything is heated up spread the shredded mozzarella over the top and let it heat to melted. Serve hot. Makes only two servings.
