1 medium bell pepper chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. ground cumin

sauce:

1/2 small can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp white karo syrup
1 Tbsp mustard

mix meat mixture well with hands. pat into pie plate or skillet. mix sauce recipe and pour on top of meat mixture.
