Here is how you make Sicilian Meat Roll:

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, egg, and spices; mix well. On wax paper roll out meat mixture into 1/4" thick rectangle. Layer ham slices in 3 rows of 3, leaving 1" at either end for seams and top with cheese. Roll up and pinch seams down middle and at both ends. Place seam-side down in glass baking dish (ungreased). Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear. Uncover and let brown 10-15 minutes. *Optional: top with extra cheese when browning top.
