Here is how you make McKenzie Meatloaf:

Mix together bread, oatmeal, warm milk, eggs and worcestershire sauce in one bowl. In another bowl mix the rest of ingredents. Then mix all together. Roll in bread crumbs and form a loaf. Place in greased 13X9X2 baking dish. Spread chili sauce over the loaf. Pour 1 Cup boiling water around the loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste every 15 minutes.
