1- 16 oz can Bush's Pinto Beans (drained and rinsed)

1- 10.5 oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Golden Mushroom Soup (condensed)

1- 20 oz pkg of ground turkey (Jennie-O, 85% lean)

1- onion, diced

1- green bell pepper, diced

1- red bell pepper, diced

Season to taste (*recommendations: cumin, minced garlic and/or garlic powder, pepper, salt)


How Do I Make Seven Grains Medley?

Here is how you make Seven Grains Medley:

Cook ground turkey with diced vegetables (in a large pot) until turkey is completely done; stirring consistently to break meat into crumbles. Cook the Seeds of Change pkg according to microwave instructions, add to the pot. Pour pinto beans into a strainer; rinse thoroughly, drain for a few minutes, then add to the pot. Add full can of soup to the pot. Mix/stir all ingredients together in pot. Cover and let simmer (stirring occasionally) for 10-20 minutes or until vegetables are as tender as desired.
