How Do I Make LOADED NACHOS?

Here is how you make LOADED NACHOS:

Saute ground turkey on stove top until cooked fully. Add seasoning if desired. While ground turkey is cooking, chop tomatoes, lettuce, onions; shred cheese; drain olives. Once turkey is cooked, spread tortilla chips on a baking pan. Add in layers: ground turkey, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and olives.Wrap in tin foil and place in oven for 20 minutes.Pull from oven, add lettuce and serve with salsa and sour cream.
