11 oz. bag of egg noodles cooked in salted water
2 T. olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 lb. of lean ground pork
2 T honey
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 t. each of oregano and rosemary
.5 T dried basil
2 cups of canned diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded low fat cheddar
3T grated parmesan


How Do I Make Savoury Noodles?

Here is how you make Savoury Noodles:

Prepare the egg noodles according to pkg. directions. Saut? the onion, garlic, celery together until onions are transluscent. Add the lean ground pork with the seasonings and the honey. Cook until the pink disappears. Add the tomatoes, undrained. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine with the noodles and place in an oven proof dish. Sprinkle with both cheeses.
