Makes 4 - 2.25 Cup servingsCook pasta according to box instructions.Spray a large skillet with a non-stick olive oil spray or PAM, stir "fry" the veggies for 3 minutes on medium high heat. Add the undrained tomatoes to the frying pan, cover and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes (while the pasta finishes cooking). Drain the pasta and add it to the veggie mix.
