1 cup onion strips

4 slices provolone
4 hoagie rolls


How Do I Make Philly Sammies?

Here is how you make Philly Sammies:

slice sirlion into thin strips (easiest when partially frozen). Heat skillet with a little olive oil and brown meet on each side. Then add peppers and onions and cook until veggies are al dente and meat is cooked through. Add A1 and mix through. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum. Place hoagies on cookie sheet and fill with steak/pepper/onion mixture. Leave opened faced (but don't tear the bun apart). Place a piece of provolone on top and bake for 5 minutes or so at 350 degrees until cheese is almost melted. Then switch to broil and heat for one or two minutes (watch oven very closely as bread will burn if left in too long).
