Peel Potatoes and start to boil. Brown Hamburger in skillet, when done, add green beans and rotel to warm up until potatoes are ready to mash. Mash potatoes adding milk and butter to your taste. Divide potatoes in half, put layer bottom of pan with half of mashed potatoes, then add hamburger, green bean mix, then layer the other half of potatoes on top.
