Then toss in the celery, carrots, and cumin. Cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables start to brown, put aside.3. Using the same pan, toss in the ground beef and cook until brown, add the tomato paste and thyme.Cook for 1 minute4. pour the wine and stock. Simmer for at least 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper."5.
