1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Warm Tap Water

Here is how you make Mel's Kitchen Meat Pie:

Dough Instructions:1. Mix all dry ingredients until blended.2. Add wet ingredients & stir until blended. 3. Kneed dough for 3 minutes & split it in halves.3. Roll out one of the halves & place it in a greased & floured pie pan & set aside.4. Roll out second crust & set aside. Filling Instructions:1. Brown the Ground Beef & Onions.2. Add the beef broth, 2 TBSP's of flour & vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are soft.3. Add everything else & stir until entire mixture is warmed through.4. Pour Beef mixture into the pie pan that is lined w/ the dough. 5. Place the remaining half of the dough over the mixture & seal the crust edges. 6.
