Here is how you make Sopa de Pollo:

Boil Chicken in water for 20 mins. Then drain. Set Chicken aside.Add water, broth, salsa, and bouillon cube to large pot.Add chopped veggies except for potato.Shred chicken and add to pot.Add two Bay Leaves. **Not included in recipe ingredients. Could not find right portion.Let simmer 1/2 hour or more.
