Trim all visible fat from the pork. Cut it into 1 inch chops or into 1 inch cubes.Place in bottom of a large crock pot.Cover with 2 bottles of Camp Sauce (or 3 1/2 cups of your choice of barbeque sauce)Add 1 3/4 cups water to the crock pot.Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.Remove the pork from the sauce and place in a bowl. Take 1 chunk or chop at a time and pull it between 2 forks until it is in shreds. Repeat until all pork is shredded.Skim out any grease floating on top of the sauce. Dispose of grease and return de-greased sauce to the pork.Serve 1/3 cup at a time, makes 36 serviings.
