The pic is NOT the actual food! Just an example of what they're supposed to look like, These will be thicker though! About an inch. Bought these from the store, guessing on ingrediants to figure out cal/fat content. WONDERFUL! Will definately prepare these myself one day, using LOW or NON fat mozzarella cheese instead!!! And skipping the little bit of seasoned bread crumbs on the outside. They added nothing to it. The inside was all you need to make this dish scrumptious! This recipe is for full fat Mozz. Cheese!!! If you make this you will need to edit this!!! Most of the fat/sat. fat is from the cheese!!! DEFINATELY get some low fat mozzarella!

How Do I Make Pork Pinwheels?

Here is how you make Pork Pinwheels:

Get as many pork chops as you need, if its just you, get 1 or the smallest package. You'll probably need about 1/4-1/3 cup of cheese and 1/3-1/2 cup of spinach for each pork chop.Starting from the outside of the pork chop cut in circles until you get to the middle. So once you get it cut you'll have a swirly strip of 1/2 to 1 inch wide pork, then line the inside with spinach, roll it back up sprinkling mozzarella cheese next to the spinach as you go.So once its rolled up you will have spinach and cheese wrapped in the pork, like the picture (the picture is NOT the actual food. Once its rolled up you might need a string or kabob stick to keep it together.I grilled them on high heat for 10 minutes and they were done. My grill was very hot tho, so grill em keep an eye on them, or broil them or bake them whatever you want. Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user QTCOLEY.
