Add red curry paste and stir fry 10 seconds. Add pork and cook until no longer pink. Remove pork to bowl and set aside. Add ginger, garlic and tumeric to pan and stir fry 15 seconds. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar and lime juice. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 min. Add pork back to skillet and cook additional 3 min. Serve over bulgar or rice.
