Here is how you make Crockpot Pork Stew:

Cube pork and add all ingredients to crockpot except cornstarch and the 1/2 C water. Also do not add corn until last half hour. Cook on low for 8 hrs. Add the corn. Stir corn starch into 1/2 C cold water until thoroughly mixed. Slowly stir into crockpot. Can be served with rice , mashed potatoes or stuffing. I had brown rice with mine.
