-6 large whole eggs
-2 T fat free skim milk
-1/4 t ground white pepper
-1 container, 4 oz, Kryssos Co. Feta cheese, I used Tomato and Basil flavor
-2 T Hormel's 50% less fat bacon bits

-10 oz fresh asparagus, then cooked/steamed in a skilled until fork tender


How Do I Make Rumbamel's Crustless Feta and Asparagus Quiche?

Here is how you make Rumbamel's Crustless Feta and Asparagus Quiche:

--Clean asparagus and then cut or break into bite sized pieces. Put into a large skillet over medium/low heat with a small amount of water (about 1/4 - 1/2 C). Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until fork tender. Remove, drain and cool IMMEDIATELY. MAKE SURE TO DRAIN WELL.--Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients in a small/medium bowl with a whisk well. Lightly spray a 9 in. round pie dish or quiche pan with cooking spray and lay your dry and cooled asparagus in the bottom. Evenly pour your egg mix over the top of the asparagus.
