1 egg (59g)
1 Tbs milk
2 Spring onions, chopped
10g finely grated low fat cheese
1 Tbs champignons, chopped
2 Tbs cooked potato, cubed
ground pepper to taste


How Do I Make Maries Filo Based Quiche?

Here is how you make Maries Filo Based Quiche:

Ingredients listed make 1 serving. Dry fry bacon for 2 minutes then add the spring onion for another minute then take off the heat. Cook potato cubes then allow to cool. Line the bottom of a 10cm ramekin with baking paper. Beat egg and milk together. Fold sheet of filo in half and gently fold into ramekin. Place potato and half the cheese in bottom then pour over half of egg & milk mixture. Add the mushrooms, then bacon & onion mix. Top with cheese, then pour over the last of the egg.
