Here is how you make Healthy Quiche:

Prebake the pie crust about 5-7 minutes at 350 until light brown. Beat the eggs and cream, add salt and pepper to taste.Dice the turkey, cheese and mushrooms into bite sized pieces.Pour the olive oil in a frying pan. When heated add the mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Then add the turkey and cheese. Cook until heated through and cheese is melted. Then add the spinach and cook till wilted.Pour the turkey and cheese mixture into the bottom of the pie crust.Pour the egg mixture over the ham mixture and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
