Here is how you make Green Ratatouille:

1) Add one tbsp olive oil to a large skillet on high heat.2) Add zucchini and squash and fry just until it gets a bit of brown on it. Transfer to a baking dish.3) Lower heat to medium. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, onions, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Saute until softened.4) Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, thyme and basil. Continue cooking until a thick sauce forms, about 5 min.5) Add green beans and simmer for a minute. 6) Pour mixture over zucchini and squash.7) Top with cheese.8)Bake @ 350 for 15 min and then broil until the cheese turns a light golden brown and bubbles.
