Cook Brown and White Rice per instructions. Add Chopped onion, garlic and Red Wine to Uncooked Rice. I add a little vinegar to the water but that is optional. Salt and Pepper to TastePreheat oven to 400 In a mixing bowl add cooked rice, can of cream of celery soup, can of 1% milk, 2 Tbsp sour cream, portobellos, and water. Mix very well.
