Here is how you make Quick Tuna, Rice, and Green Bean Skillet:

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onion and saute until it begins to soften. Add in garlic and continue cooking for about one minute. Add in rice and continue cooking until onions begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Pour in balsamic vinegar and continue cooking until it evaporates, about 10 seconds.Add in Italian seasoning and fennel seed. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add in beans and tomatoes and heat thru. Add in flaked tuna and heat thru.
