Fill pot with water and begin cooking rice according to directions on package. Turn pan on Medium heat and Pour olive oil in the pan. Meanwhile chop onions and mince garlic. Put the garlic and onions in pan. Once the onions are translucent, add a few splashes of Red Wine Vinegar. Add beans and let simmer for 30 minutes. When done serve over a bed of rice.
