half pkg. Morningstar Farms "Burger" Crumbles (=8 oz.beef)
Onion, small

3 Egg Whites

How Do I Make Beef Long Grain Rice Mix?

Here is how you make Beef Long Grain Rice Mix:

Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until done. Add Burger Crumbles once meat is cooked and let it warm up with the meat. You can add salt and pepper here to taste. In a bowl, mix egg whites and egg then stir in soy sauce. Add to beef mixture and cook until done. (I move aside the meat and cook on half the pan). In another pot on stove, prepare rice according to package. Once both the meat/egg mixture and rice is ready, add together and stir well. Serves 4.*I usually serve this with peas or green beans on the side. My mom mixes the peas in the whole mixture. You can also add other seasonings while cooking the beef.
