3 tbs corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup cool water
3 beef bouillan cubes
3 cups of water


How Do I Make Sweet Pepper Beef and Rice?

Here is how you make Sweet Pepper Beef and Rice:

Chop onion and peppers into small pieces, approx 1/2 inch. Brown ground beef in skillet, add chopped onion and bell peppers. Stir occasionally until peppers are soft. Boil water in separate saucepan, add onion soup mix and bouillon and bring back to a boil. Add corn starch to 1/4 cup cool water until dissolved and whisk into soup mix. let thicken. Add thickened sauce to beef mixture and stir until blended. Serve.
