Brown Meat in Large Skillet.
Add 4 C Water and 1 Cup Whole Grain Rice.
Add C of M Soup. Simmer about 30 minutes or untill Rice is desired texture, Water should be absorbed.
Add Broccoli, Mix in, and simmer for a couple Minutes.

You can add Raw Broccoli about 5 minutes before the Rice is done, if you don't want to precook it.
