Preheat 350 ovenI used precooked rice(from the 2 nights before that was flavored with turmeric, evoo and parsley)Spray 9*12 baking pan with Pam. Saute? chopped celery in small sauce pan.Layer rice into bottom of baking pan. Top with quartered thawed morning star patties. Combine ricotta, parmesian, pimentos and parsley. Layer that mixture over patties. Spread evenly so all sausage is covered. Pour celery evenly over white ricotta. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over celery and finally 1 and half T wheat germ.Bake 30 minutes. Makes 6 slices.
