How Do I Make Avocado Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Avocado Fried Rice:

1.) Prepare the brown rice ( I cheat by using instant)2.) Chop the green onion and a 45 degree angle, Chop the cabbage, tomato, avocado and tofu3.) Place the tofu in the over on broil for 10 minutes to brown4.) In a wok add the oil and the cabbage and green onions, stir fry on med-high for 1-2 mins5.) Add the rice and stir until the rice is warm6.) Push rice to the sides of the wok and scramble and egg in the middle7.) Add the tomato, tofu and avocado seasoning packet and soy sauce8.)
