Here is how you make Pepper "Steak" and Rice:

Combine ground beef and worcestershire in skillet and brown off beef.Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add rice, onions, green peppers, salt and pepper. Stir in ground beef when rice is almost done.I usually make a thin gravy using the beef drippings, to ladel over each serving.
