How Do I Make Pork Rice?

Here is how you make Pork Rice:

In a large pot lightly brown boneless pork chops. Olive oil can be used (optional) I usually done use anything. *To speed browing time chop into bite size pieces (optional). Remove meat from pan and set to the side. Pour in two cans of French Onion Soup and bring to a boil. Add in the same amount of Instant Brown Rice as the cans of soups equaled (approx 2 cups). Note: Rice should equal the amount of the soup; measure both to be accurate. Add back in the pork chops and a few dashes of pepper to taste. No salt needed due to the salt in the soup. Cover and simmer until rice is cooked. Garnish with some chopped green onions (optional). I usually serve with green peas or mixed veggies.
