Makes 4 servingsheat oil in med saucepan add onions and peppers cook for 3 minutes. Add water and rice and bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 50minutes untl tender and water is absorbed. When rice is done add parsely and fluff with fork. Meanwhile prepare salmon marinade and pour ove salmon and let marinade for 15-20 minutes. Heat grill pan on med and cook for 3 miutes per side until cooked.
