6 Tbsp Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing
1 cup frozen corn
1 package (5 brats) Johnsonville Cheddar Brats
2 Tbsp Robert's Trim N' Lite Sour Cream
1 chopped red onion
1 cup shredded green cabbage
2 Tbsp water

Here is how you make Sarah's Roasted Red Pepper Sausage Rice:

Prepare rice as directed (add salt and pepper to water to taste before adding rice) and let sit covered while preparing the rest of the meal.Brown brats on both sides using medium-high heat in a large skillet. Meanwhile, chop onions and add to skillet. Add 2 Tbsp of the dressing and saute until onions are tender. Remove brats from the skillet to slice into bite sized pieces (brats will not be cooked all the way through) while letting onions continue to cook on medium-low heat. Return brat pieces to skillet and add cabbage, corn, water, and the rest of the dressing. Cover and let simmer until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally. Uncover and add rice and sour cream.
