1 lb Ground Turkey
1 cup chopped Green Pepper
1 cup chopped Red Pepper
1 cup chopped Onion
1 cup white rice
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
2 cups Water


How Do I Make Versatile Spanish Rice?

Here is how you make Versatile Spanish Rice:

Chop onion & peppers. Heat olive oil on medium high heat in large skillet. Add turkey, onion, peppers, rice, and seasonings. Cook on medium high until meat is brown and most of the onions are transparent. Add can of tomatoes & water. Stir until blended. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done.Serving Size:?makes 8 1-cup servings
