Spicy Kielbassa Gumbo - another one of my various experiments. I was tired last night and had kielbassa in the fridge. We haven't had it in awhile so I thought - what the hey. Not the best for you dinner, but a tastey change of pace. You CAN make this a good for you dinner by using turkey or reduced calorie kielbassa. (I'm also including white rice in the calorie count for a whole meal. This recipe fed a family of 6 (1 man and 1 teenage boy included - lol)
