Here is how you make "Fried" Rice with Sweet Potatoes:

1. Have cooked, chilled rice on hand.2. In a large wok or skillet, heat 1 T. of broth over medium heat. Add sweet potato and stir-fry, adding broth as needed to keep potato from sticking. Stir-fry. Cook potato until close to tender and browning a little, about 8 minutes. 3. Add onion and carrot and cook about 6 more minutes. Add 5-spice powder and garlic, mix well. Remove vegetables from the pan. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, and chili paste and set aside. 5. Reheat wok over medium heat and add 3 T. of broth. Add rice and stir-fry until it begins to warm, about 8 minutes. 6. Add sauce to rice & mix well. Add cooked vegetables. Stir-fry for a minute and mix well. 7.
