For 3-4 Servings

Hamburger 1/2 pound
Onion 1/4 of sweet or videlia chopped
Celery 1 stalk with leaves
Tomatoes canned 15 oz can plain or stewed or the basil oregeno etc stuff in it

Uncle Ben's Boil-in-Bag Rice 2 bags of any kind you like. I use either long grain white or brown.

Start water boiling for rice bags. When water boils insert bags into water & cook for 10 minutes.

In another pan, add a Tbls or so of Canola oil (don't use Extra Virgin Olive Oil unless you roll your onions & celery in it first & then add to the pan). Add chopped onions & celery & cook until onions are almost opaque.

Add ground beef of your choice (if you use really low fat then turn it often as it tends to stick to the pan otherwise). After meat is browned, add a can of tomatoes (flavor of your choice). Simmer until rice is done.

Even with the chopping, etc, this meal takes under 30 minutes.
