Heat the chicken broth.In a seperate pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onions and the garlic and sauted til tender. Add the rice and stir until translucent. Over medium heat, add 1 cup of chicken broth. Stir frequently until liquid is absorbed. Continue to add broth, 1/2 C at a time, letting the broth be almost completely absorbed each time.
