About 2 1/2 pounds of Beef Chuck Roast
10 carrots
10 stalks celery
6 potatoes
4 Boiler Onions
3 Cloves Garlic
1 cup Arbor Mist Blackberry Merlot
Fresh ground Black Pepper and Sea Salt to taste


How Do I Make Amazing Pot Roast?

Here is how you make Amazing Pot Roast:

Cut carrots and celery into slices. Peel and quarter potatoes. Peel boiler onions and garlic, but leave whole. In large crock pot, put all the vegetables, including the whole boiler onions and whole cloves of garlic. Pour 1 cup Arbor Mist wine over veggies. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and sea salt over both sides of roast. Place roast on top of veggies and cook on high for about 6-7 hours. Then on low for another hour. Cooking time depends on the size of the roast and your crock pot. Vegetables will be extremely tender and meat should fall off of a fork.Makes about 6 servings.
