Here is how you make Orzo Asparagus Salad:

Boil orzo in 6 cups chicken broth, diluted with 6 cups of water. Drain liquid, reserving ~1/3 cup of broth. Meanwhile, parboil the asparagus till it's tender but still crunchy; cool in an ice bath. Mix together orzo, pesto, reserved broth, asparagus and feta, and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. This salad can be served warm or cold, so it can easily be made ahead and refrigerated.
