Flake fish (remove any bones/skin) into a bowl. Add mayo, crumbled bread, minced onion, parsley, dill & cayenne.In small bown whip egg & milk until well blended. Add to fish mixture and stir until blended.Form into four 3/4 inch patties.Can cook in one of two ways:1. "Fry" in a non-stick skillet sprayed with PAM... roughly 4 to 5 minutes on each side.... until lightly browned. Treat gently when turning as they are very tender.OR2. Microwave (covered) on high for 5 to 8 minutes.
