Here is how you make Salmon Patty Melt:

Combine all ingredients except English Muffins. Divide into 4 portions and spread on toasted muffin halves. Place on a broiler pan and broil 3 inches from heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.NOTE: This recipie makes 4 servings. I usually double it in order to have enough for more than 2 people.
